Team Insurance Brokers is fortunate to be able to partner with Wawanesa Insurance both professionally and personally.  Wawanesa is a generous and proud supporter of Habitat for Humanity, a great cause providing housing for families who want to make it on their own but just need a chance.  A chance that Habitat and it's supporters provide to them. Habitat for Humanity’s November 7, 2013 fundraising dinner this year was a Hawaiian theme.  Garry and I were honored to be guests at the Wawanesa table again this year.  We were seated with Ken MacCrae (Wawanesa President) and spouse Charlene, George Bass (Wawanesa VP General Counsel & Secretary) and spouse Wendy, Edna Rossong (Wawanesa VP Winnipeg) and spouse Gil, and Bradley Kopp (Wawanesa Investments Management) and spouse Joelle. Our table was very fortunate to take home three fabulous prizes: a set of tires; Winnipeg Jets tickets and jerseys; and Team Insurance Brokers took home the autographed Teemu Selane old time Jets jersey which you will be able to view shortly in one of our offices.  A fabulous evening all around.
